China Imposes New ID Card on city of Shenzen.

This article appeared in the NYT today and personally I think we should be paying attention to this information.

I'm sure you can see, if you have read the article that the whole concept of privacy is being obliterated. China, because it's a communist society is paying no attention whatsoever to the privacy concerns that most people might have about this sort of technology. What is your reaction? I know that there are some who consider this technology just fine. Read the article and let me know your reactions to it!

Are We Living in Perilous Times?

As a Christian, and a Watcher, I feel I must pay attention to the news. I have been made aware of the condition of Christians who home school their children in Germany. According to recent articles appearing in World Net Daily, there appears to be state mandated attacks against Christians who home school. Here's a link that describes the plight of Christians in Germany.

There are other events going on throughout the world. In China, India, Laos, Indonesia and in many other countries there is a constant supression of Christians and their beliefs. Israel is being abandoned by many of the mainline protestant churches. The rest of the world already stands against Israel. When will it end and what will be the result of this antipathy? We can only affirm that during these times, spoken of in Johns' Revelation, we will soon see our Lord Jesus Christ, as he takes up the bible believing Christians to their new life with him.
